Seville

Liked: We had room 304 which had a balcony looking onto the city. The bed is huge and the bathroom spotless The roof top bar is nice place to relax after sightseeing all day .The staff are very nice .Breakfast was good and plenty of it .I would stay here again

Perfect location, quiet clean hotel.

Liked: Great location. Welcome staff/receptionist was super friendly. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. A/c in the room worked very well. Maid service was great and unobtrusive.
Disliked: Probably not their fault, but in the evening the bar upstairs was clearly understaffed and in their stress were a bit short with us. They were friendly and gave good service otherwise, but the hotel should really give them more help.In regards to the room, the lack of counter space was a little annoying.

Friendly staff, well maintained property...

Liked: The property was well maintained, perfectly located and the staff were very friendly. I love the little personal touch and gifts, made my stay better than imagined!
