Very beautiful hotel with good...

Liked: The hotel is very very beautiful - it even appears on our tourist book! We feared the noise of the big square “encarnacion” where the hotel is so we took a room looking the other way, with no view but no noise at all (room 313), which is amazing for the perfect location of the hotel (10min walk from the cathedral). Plus the room was beautiful. Not a cheap hotel but a good choice. The hotel gave us a list of nearby choices of tapas / restaurants. The 2 we tried were great. Nice rooftop.
Disliked: The bed was not great.
