Liked: The space. I got the Medium room. European hotels are typically small in size which I do not like. This was just perfect.

Liked: The facilities were excellent with a great breakfast. But the most outstanding positive was the staff. They were friendly & really helpful with any question we had.

Perfect staff, location, comfort!

Liked: The staff were exceptional! The hotel is immaculate, the location is perfect for everything, it was quiet yet central to everything. Breakfast was wonderful. The bedding was great!
Disliked: It was perfect, we have already recommended to our friends going to Kolin!

Excellent night in Cologne

Liked: Clean and comfortable and very close to the train station. Perfect for a one night stay on a short visit. The breakfast was very good; nice coffee and lots of fresh options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.
Disliked: The electronic door was difficult as my phone couldn’t read the qr code but the staff were very helpful.
