For the price and location,...

Liked: The breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day. The hotel is clean, the staff are wonderful. The location is perfect for public transportation.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: It is a nice hotel with 1970's vibe design. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean. The heated pool and the terrace are a great bonus, very much enjoyed the pool. Everything is very well maintained. Helpful staff! The shower drain wasn't working well, but they fixed it very fast. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: The climate control is noisy and the room was a bit small.

Liked: A smooth checkin at 1:30 am (pre-arranged w mgmt otherwise I would have been considered a no- show after midnight) much appreciated. Also the room upgrade, much appreciated. Made all the difference for an 8 day stay. I liked the public areas, vintage wood everywhere, loved that. Great location just off the paseo de la Reforma.
Disliked: Pool is small and half of it is only 1 ft deep. Only 1 person at a time can swim.Restaurant food is underwhelming. Personnel great though.

Liked: The location were quite ok.
Disliked: The pictures and the reality are different. The hotel is outdated and needs some upgrade. The pool does not have the place to lay down, pool area is very small. I had better expetations.

Liked: Staff was fairly attentive in most things. There is an on-site Restaurant that is convenient.
Disliked: When booking the property three weeks in advance, we requested adjoining rooms. We were told that they could accommodate. When we arrived, not only were the rooms not adjoining, they were on different floors. when we asked to have them move together the staff was unable to accommodate. The staff was also unable to accommodate any kind of refund or credit. No real attempt was made to make up for the misrepresentation. The on-site Restaurant was quiet but the food was bland and the breakfast buffet not really attended to. The beds are hard and the mattresses cheap.
