Great location, staff and facilities

Liked: Really liked the hotel, the staff and the location is amazing. The staff were very helpful. Great breakfast and facilities. Honestly the good herr far out-weighs any bad. It's a really beautiful building and a great place to stay.
Disliked: The room not having a window to outside was an issue for us as the room easily got too hot, the staff were happy to turn the A/C mode on to sort this problem out, we had to ask for it each day though, perhaps the system resets to the default winter setting. This was really the only downside, the hotel was excellent for the location and price and problem was mitigated.

Liked: Hotel was in an excellent location and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: To cool the room we would have to speak to reception each night as heating and cooling is central and not able to be operated from the room despite controls.
