Ok hotel but I think...

Liked: The hotel is well located and it’s easy to reach all the key attractions from there. The rooms we booked were also spacious but many others things could be improved. We should note staff in the bar area were great !
Disliked: The hotel is quite strict with check in time and weren’t very flexible. We had two rooms and though one was ready we didn’t get it. Staff seem to be out of energy in the reception - barely a smile or trying to make guests feel welcome or find solutions. Finally breakfast was full of pastry and cakes but not many healthy options. Finally , if you check out if you need to leave luggage for a couple of hours there they have a sign saying you need to pay ! Why ask guest do this just to earn one extra euro. People would be grateful if you just offer this.
