Great location and reception

Liked: The reception staff went out of their way to address an issue and very helpful for local information . Location was fabulous so close to port and monuments: stored luggage and checkout midday

Great Location. Nice Hotel.

Liked: Great location. Room was a bit small but efficient. Nice staff. Luggage storage was convenient.

In general, the hotel is...

Liked: The location is excellent, right in the city centre and about 1 minute walk to the port and to the nearest metro station.
Disliked: The cleaning service was not sufficient. I stayed 4 nights and the floor was not cleaned during the whole time. Also tea bags was not refilled after the second day till end of the stay. I have met several staff working at the reception and they either spoke almost zero English or were not able to provide information about the local transport (searching on google was more helpful). Only some of them were helpful when needed.

Perfect location comfortable and clean...

Liked: Great breakfast… great room and clean … good bathroom…. Location perfect on the port and for Restaurants and shopping
Disliked: Nothing it was a great place for 3 nights
