Liked: We were told that we would get back $100 deposit after staying and it was never refunded. Then when we called about it the staff acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about.
Disliked: We did not receive good service

Liked: Staff was friendly when checking in.Room smelled awful and carpet needs to be taken up! It was awful! I walked around in socks and they were so nasty in just a few hours. There were small flying bugs in our room
Disliked: The room basically! Small bathroom, bugs flying around in the room like huge gnats, carpet was disgusting.

Liked: Convenient location to golf courses.
Disliked: Was on the 2nd floor in the middle with only one set of stairs .lt was a long walk for my luggage & bags with no carts . Although i was informed the elevator was out of commission i did not realize their was one set of stairs. Other then that the stay was good . Thanks

Pleasant, staff well trained.

Liked: What went well is the price was inexpensive, but I got what I paid for. Of course, the pictures were better than the actual facility but overall i am very pleased with the hotel.
Disliked: The facility was a little run down and not kept up but i understand because they're rates are so low.

Disappointing

Disliked: Loud aircon, mould in the bathroom, not very friendly staff, dirty pool, very uncomfortable bed.
