Liked: the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The hotel's location is close to public transport stations.
Disliked: The breakfast should have more variety, especially vegetarian options.

Liked: The person at the front desk was friendly and the checking was very easy and fast. The location was fine because we were near the O2 arena.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited and the person in charge was not friendly, almost rude. The room has very old furniture all marked up with the edge of glasses. The bed was so-so.

Liked: Good adequate selection for breakfast. No complaints. Staff very nice and nothing too much trouble.

Hotel Carol - Brilliant stay

Liked: Great location to the 02 arena and Shopping centre. Hotel was spotless , staff very friendly and helpful .I would definitely stay here again , about 30 mins to old town in a uber which worked out about £12 which is very cheap .

Good stay in a good...

Liked: The location was great because we needed to visit O2 Arena in the evening. We really loved the breakfast. The lobby and restaurant was really nice and felt modern, the room not so much.The staff were really nice at the reception.
Disliked: They sould double check the cleaning after the housekeeping sometimes. There was a spider in the bathroom and only one pair of towels so for one person and not two.

Liked: Was close to the venue we were attending.
Disliked: Wardrobes and drawers too close to the bed. Only had 1 pillow each.
