Not your ordinary hotel stay....

Liked: It's a quite beautiful hotel and the staff were outstanding. The offer of a cold water bottle or a glass of wine and the DeBrands chocolate at check-in were a delightful surprise.
Disliked: Parking in the garage is limited

Liked: We came here specifically for the Christkindlemarket, and we loved that we could just walk a few steps to go back and forth from the hotel and the market all throughout the day!

I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: The beauty and cleanliness of hotel. Accessibility by car. In the middle of new part of town of Carmel. One can walk everywhere. Very near restaurants and cultural activities.
Disliked: Carmel is touted as a walkable city. People are still too reliant on their cars, which makes this walking city a nightmare to get around by car. And on a cold rainy night, walking was not much fun.
