Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: The staff were incredibly unhelpful, we had construction workers working in the room above us at 8am. When we phoned to ask what was going on we were told that they were sent by the city, and they had no control over it. I beg to differ and simply can not accept that as an excuse as a paying guest. Quite frankly should have gotten a refund. The window view was ghastly. Very, very old, needs help, and so does its staff.

VFM and top location but...

Liked: The location was great. Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and transport (Metro).Coffee machine, decent WiFi and complimentary water.On arrival, staff on reception gave us info of bars/restaurants which helped us find a place that served fantastic food and had a great vibe.
Disliked: Shabby and dingy. Our room overlooked what must have been the air con units, there was constant white noise 24/7. The room next to ours was empty, think it was being refurbished but the tarp over the door was creepy.

Disliked: We booked early but paid a premium for it. Facilities were tired, but staff were friendly enough.

Liked: Location is amazing. Staff was great!
Disliked: Cable TV didn't work. Didn't bother to ask about it anyways. Not a big deal. Also, room was smaller than I imagined but comfy. Noise level outside not too bad.
