The hotel has much charm...

Liked: The location was great and the hotel is a beautiful old historical building.The staff were very helpful and able to answer many questions about the city.
Disliked: The history of the hotel has been retained which is terrific but the rooms could use a bit of an update.

Great hotel at the heart...

Liked: Great hotel at the heart of Bilbao! Very easy to reach with the airport bus, the stop is just 50 m from the hotel! The personnel was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious! The breakfast was delicious, a very wide range of food to choose.
Disliked: Not applicable, everything was great!
