Disliked: I got food poisoning the first night from eating at their restaurant. It was so bad we had to leave because of this situation and the person at the reception just said "yeah, some stomachs get upset sometimes". No apologies, no investigation, nothing! We were supposed to stay 4 nights, our vacation was ruined. On that night they also had a very noisy group of guests who were drunk. You can hear everything from the room. The bathroom had a very bad smell.

Liked: Location is excellent, only one street away from Paseo de la Reforma. Many different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner around
Disliked: The breakfast was included in the package I took. Very basic option and did not included a second cup of coffee. Plenty of value for money options outside the restaurant hotel

Really enjoyed need to come...

Liked: The hotel is very cosy without overwhelming its guests . Accommodations are charming and practical with a lot of character giving new life to old structures. The breakfast is definitely a highlight and staff was very nice as well .
Disliked: The floor of my bed room could be a bit cleaner , but nothing major.
