Liked: Location & Staff.
Disliked: Reception only staffed until 10pm. Entering the building there was a sign saying Reception 4th Floor on a desk which was confusing as, at first we thought it meant that we were on 4th floor & we were at Reception. We found the lift & realised that the rest of the building are apartments & hotel occupies 4th floor only.

Disliked: Reception is on floor 4 and this could have been better indicated in ground floor reception

Liked: The location is perfect, right in the center. Spotless accommodation and the receptionist is also very professional and attentive.
Disliked: Just a bit tricky in the process of parking the car. The parking lot nearby and with protocol with the hotel is quite tight, and I would not have minded to walk a bit more and park the vehicle somewhere else with more space.

Very good value, excellent location

Liked: Stay was very pleasant, staff very helpful, room basic but clean, roomy bathroom. Location in downtown, and close to the Alhambra.
Disliked: Air-conditioner didn't work, but I opened the window and was comfortable anyway.

Liked: Less than 15 minutes walk to the cityThe hotel provides basic amenities at a reasonable price, a good option for people travelling on a budgetThere is a well stocked supermarket next doorSeveral eateries nearby
Disliked: The hotel decor is showing its ageVery noisy at night when people are coming and going from their rooms and from the apartments above my room.
