Wonderful visit to Bordeaux -...

Liked: Great location, within walking distance to the St. Catherine shopping avenue and the Opera House and river. Tram lines provide access to more distant hotspots. Our room was a suite with a separate living area and kitchenette. Very comfortable bed and Clarins toiletries. Outstanding cleanliness and wonderful small touches like complmentary shoe shine and daily refresh of a small chocolate or biscuit. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very polite.
Disliked: Nothing at all!

Liked: The hotel is in a quiet location, 2 minutes walk to Bordeaux Cathedral and 3 minutes walk to Monoprix. The staff were very helpful and kind during our stay.

Disliked: The price performsnce ratio does not match the service. Thehotel is idealy located.
