Paying for a great location

Liked: Hotel Capstone is a very convenient location to the University. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy.
Disliked: The check-in area is small, and if there is a line, it blocks the main pathway for entering and exiting hotel. The bathroom downstairs was dirtyOverall, the hotel was fine. But it could be spectacular with some updating.
