Great hotel

Liked: The staff were really friendly, especially the breakfast staff. They offered cake and coffee in the afternoon for free. I had minor issues with my room that were swiftly dealt with. The tube station and trams were very close making getting to and from the hotel easy. There's also plenty of eating places within a 5 minute walk
Disliked: You can get 1 of 2 views, either out across the street and river or looking into another building

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location brilliant , 2 minute walk to centre and subway right outside the hotel. I will definitely stay with this hotel again. A truly exceptional hotel. Thank you.

Excellent service, clean, convenient.

Liked: Location is second to none, walkable to Stephansplatz and right in front of the intersection of two u-bahn and multiple tram lines, you can get anywhere in the city with ease.
Disliked: The bathroom in the single bed room was very cramped.

Liked: Breakfast and surprise of having afternoon tea and cake also available.Location was close to everything. Easy to get around. Staff were very helpful and informative. Late checkout of 12pm was also good.
Disliked: The room decor was a bit outdated. The room I had was a single and the velour material on the wardrobe area would be hard to keep clean I would think.
