Liked: The hotel is excellent. Very clean, the location is great and the staff is very friendly. I would especially like to highlight Andrea. Extremely capable and pleasant woman! With her pleasant hospitality, she made us feel phenomenal every morning at breakfast!

Perfect Accomodation Experience

Liked: First, the location was perfect, I walked everywhere that I wanted to visit. It was also cosy, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. Even in the early hours of the morning, they made me coffee and it made me so happy. The breakfast really good. There were variety of cheese, omlet, snack and fruit. Also coffee and cake time in the afternoon was priceless. I would recommend this hotel to eveyone who visits Vienna.

Liked: The biggest asset to the hotel is the staff. They all were so nice, super smiley and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Very basic hotel but with everything what we need. We always look for the room with balcony - our room was overlooking very busy street but you could not hear anything inside. Slept like a babies after long sightseeing days :) We celebrated our 20th Wedding anniversary - greeted with bottle of bubbles and sweets. Thank you very much for a great stay!!! and super artistic painted eggs for breakfast - really sweet touch :)

Liked: Beautiful hotel central to St Stephen’s and shops, restaurants and cafes.Bus stop for Hop on off bus 5 minute walk.Staff friendly, excellent serviceWas my partner’s 60th Birthday and they surprised her with cake and bubbles.
