Really great staff and breakfast...

Liked: The breakfast was of very high quality with a professional waitstaff, and the free afternoon coffee and cake was a really nice touch. The location was also really great, just a short walk from Stephansplatz.
Disliked: The room itself was really small and outdated in my opinion. Although the "soft product" of the hotel was really good, the room really was a let down from what I expected when booking a four star hotel.
