Liked: Clean and the staff were excellent .
Disliked: The bar was not very well stocked with only one choice of red wine . The tv in the room did not have all the channels advertised and even though it was a single room it was very small .

Liked: - Staff (everyone) were polite and willing to help as much as they can.
Disliked: - No drinking water (first told tap water isn’t drinkable, then later said it is).- No charger/plug outlets near the bed and work station (got a dirty extension cord instead) even in a Suite.- Mediocre breakfast – mostly supermarket prepackaged food.- Dirty floor carpets, old wobbly furniture, and a weak shower. The hotel itself still needs serious upgrades.

Liked: I used the Capital as my home base during a recent trip to Italy, staying there 4 separate times between trips to other cities (and leaving my suitcase with them between stays). The staff is exceptional. The rooms and beds are very confortable, even if some are small.

Liked: Kind and helpful staff.Clean room, comfortable bed.Great location, close to metro station, restaurants supermarket is nearby. Wifi was fast.Nice little gym, got everything I needed.Good value for money.
Disliked: The air conditioner did not work, and the room got very warm in the afternoon - reception staff was very polite though when I mentioned it, and I understood when they explained it is all centralized and shut down in november, when aircon is normally not needed.Power socket close to the bed would be nice.They could put some towels and water in the gym.Instruction on how to use the safe would be nice (I did figure it out)These are just recommendations for future improvement. I would most likely return to the hotel.
