Liked: We had a perfect stay at Hotel Cap Diamant! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is beautiful, and the location could not have been better. Not to mention, all of the staff were excellent- so kind and helpful! We would definitely return.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Steep stairs with no right hand railing going down. My wife can’t use her left hand so had to back down the stairs for safety. Staff was quite nice and swapped our room to only one floor to go up to, but still an issue for slightly handicapped.

Liked: This hotel was fabulous. The staff was so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beyond comfortable and were so well stocked. They had soda in the fridge and snacks upon arrival. When it was raining they had umbrellas waiting for us. They even had great recommendations of things to do and places to go for dinner. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious- I can’t say enough good things about this property. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to QC.
Disliked: The only thing I disliked was the size of the bathrooms. However, they did the best with the space they had and have a second sink in the bedrooms if you’d like to use it.

Old world charm with modern...

Liked: The staff were excellent. presentation and upscale furnishings/amenities were excellent. walking distance to old Town area. very clean. quiet areas were nice. we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: very nice accommodations but over priced.small cramped bathroom. no elevator but had a lift for luggage and staff were very helpful with luggage.
