Liked: Super friendly and helpful staff. The lady who serves the coffee during breakfast was especially nice.Everything was great. Quiet place to rest after sightseeing in Florence. I loved the 24-hour reception, as I am a female solo traveller, and felt safe. They also let me leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out.All Florence attractions are at walking distance.Would definitely recommend the hotel!

Liked: The location was amazing. We loved the rooftop terrace where we had our "aperitivo" during our stay. The breakfast was also amazing!! Highly recommend. Very happy

Perfect Location, Impeccable Room, and...

Liked: We had an excellent stay at this place! The location is unbeatable—it's just a short walk from the train station and conveniently close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was also outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip!

Excellent weekend - again as...

Liked: Modern decor, rooftop bar and seating and close up the city and other locations.
Disliked: No complaints.

It was a good choice

Liked: Location was perfect, near to all activities, lots of restaurant and market around. The room was clean and new. Desart was very kind, helpful and warm. Breakfast was good enough. All the staff was very kind.
Disliked: The only problem was the slow internet connection.

A great value for money...

Liked: This is a hotel with a great value for money where can be found really good services with an excellent and various breakfast too and it is also possible to refer to highly qualified and friendly staff who are able to satisfy any need we may have. There is also a terrace from which we can have a view of the Florence cathedral. It is a perfect solution for our stay in Florence
Disliked: I think that everything was really great during my stay in this hotel.
