Liked: Hotel on the 2 golf courses
Disliked: Food Menü from the Restaurant in the low season , access to the spa only with booking of treatment, actually the spa did not have a heated swimming pool.

Liked: We Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Guest Services who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The spa team was fantastic, exceptional service. The restaurant and breakfast staff were friendly and made every meal a delight. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!
Disliked: Room cleanliness can be improved, and housekeeping staff need additional training.

Liked: This is a sunny relaxed place , quiet and polished,food and drinks on offer suit golf and tennis guests,as the spanish speaking guest with the booking I was ignored ,perhaps women in Spain do not organise hotels stays for themselves ....The pretty boy at reception is usually only window dressing . The hotel request to file an arrival transport questionnaire with ALL personal data is overdone ,there is no safeguard to hand over so much personal information,the reception staff should still do some check in themselves ,breakfast was generous and fine local fare offered .
Disliked: the front desk should be able to remember and correctly type the guests name on emails.most chairs too low and too soft .
