Liked: Everything was fantastic! The hotel, the room's interior, its spaciousness, and the stunning city view were all wonderful. The staff was incredibly polite, making us feel truly welcomed!
Disliked: The only drawback was the noise from the street, but when you choose a hotel in the city center, that's to be expected! In any case, this didn’t stop me from choosing this amazing hotel!

Liked: Our 3rd time there and still the best place in Florence.We love the rooms, the location, the people are always very nice and helpful.It's very well cleaned, comfy beds.The breakfast is not the biggest buffet out there, but given the little space they have, it's plenty enough.We'll be back.

Liked: This place is just awesome. Too many things to list in here. The staff was exceptional and friendly and did everything imaginable to make the stay here great. Next time I'm in Florence I will return here.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and food excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff very friendly and helpful.
