Great location hotel, historic charm....

Liked: Great location, right in the middle of the city. Hotel has old-historic charm. breakfast was good and simple. Front desk was kind didn’t speak much English. Some wonderful restaurants and sightseeing nearby. Wonderful city to explore.
Disliked: Every time you leave your room, you have to give the keys to the person at the front desk. I am a wheelchair User so accessibility was a challenge and elevators were limited and in interesting places. Access several important areas like breakfast. Shower was next to the toilet, floods, the whole bathroom. But for a short trip, it was perfect.

Disliked: Breakfast area was crowded due to large number of guests at the time.

Ideal budget location for anyone...

Liked: Location was excellent for walking around city centre Florence. The valet parking adjacent to the hotel was a brilliant find and relieved the stress of this issue.
Disliked: Driving in around the area was a little difficult, particularly as streets were blocked/closed with roadworks which Google maps was not aware of
