Nice hotel on KU’DAMM with...

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful. We also liked the small treats that was put out readily available in the reception when we left and came back during the day.
Disliked: The hotel says it has free Wi-Fi which is true when it works. The connection was terrible and it was often easier to just use my phones 5G connection. Also for a four starred hotel I think it should be able to provide more than just a handful of channels for the tv.

Liked: rooms were great and big enough for all our luggage. Location is perfect in the center of Kudamm close to all transportations. breakfast is very good with a lot of options!

Liked: Super well located, staff was nice and they had free candy in the lobby which was a nice detail
Disliked: The only thing I’d say is the bathroom that it’s a bit old style but it’s completely fine

This is a good hotel...

Liked: The staff are very friendly and efficient. They always say hello :) They were quick to help answer any questions. They speak fluent German and English. The room was quiet, I could open the window a little for fresh air, there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

Disliked: The beds were not comfortable. The room wasn't cleaned every day.

Liked: Only positive thing were the ladies at the reception. They were very kind and helped with every complain. A big thank you.Hope you find a better working place.
Disliked: For the first two days they left all the garbage in the room without caring to clean anything. The third day they just thought to put a red card outside the room and don’t even go inside.
