Liked: It was clean, the staff was fine
Disliked: My sun glasses, ear buds (two pairs) were stolen from my room.

Liked: The location was perfect.,next to all public means of transport ...some staffs were friendly.
Disliked: Information Communicarion between the staff was not that good because our complaints upon arrival was not forwarded to the next shift in order to solve our problem, The level of cleanliness was not that much pleasant..the housekeeping is somehow relactant..one of our rooms was not well cleaned,just the bed was made,but toilet jad traces of urine on top and previous clients dirty items were still found near the bed. The drinking glass in our room was never replaced with a clean one since the first day.The kitchen/ breakfast buffet was kind of boring,all days same menu and no value of the price charged..
