Liked: I would never book this again, it was very bad hotel Nothing that I can say good about this property
Disliked: I didn’t like anything

Good

Liked: The bar was under the hotel and it wasn't so loud. The bakery is on the corner. Very calm area with small buildings. Sink in the room with hot water.
Disliked: A toilet for men where you can take a shower is old. From the sink comes only cold water.

Didn’t like it

Liked: Nice slot machines, i like gambling
Disliked: Dirty rooms, didn’t like the shared bathrooms. Awful breakfast.

Best staff ever

Liked: .... however the staff, special shootout to Dris (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was amazing. Attentive, understanding, quick to react and they managed to give me an electric portable heater which immediately solved the problem and I could enjoy my 2 nights there, this place is an experience to have BECAUSE of the great staff, every single one of them, hats off to you guys! Since it was international women's day, I bought a bouquet of roses and some chocolates and they helped me distribute it and give them out to ladies, guests and staff alike despite being a very busy evening, you have my thanks. Special mention to Debbie too, she's amazing. I do apologise for not having everyone's names, but collectively everyone was on the top of their game, including the kind housekeeping lady, I'm grateful!!!
Disliked: My only complaint was that heating didn't work at all, been offered a room change which I accepted and the same problem was present in the 2nd room as well, however....

Exceptional

Liked: There was a super sweet girl in the morning, would come all the way there just to see her!

Liked: Food and service is EXCELLENT. Area was safe and beautiful
Disliked: Comfort level but that's expected being on top of a bar. Beds themselves were nice

Liked: I made a reservation because it was a little cheaper compared to the hotel in Amsterdam. But considering the transportation cost, it's not much different from the center of Amsterdam. And, the facilities are terrible. The staff is unfriendly, and the housekeeper is about to come in before the check-out. And the public restroom is like a regular bar restroom and it's dirty. And the first floor is an actual bar. But DJing at dawn. Can't sleep.
