Disliked: We've stayed several times now, but the last couple there wasn't any heating in room.

Liked: Location is good, staff are friendly and helpful, cleaning ladies are nice!
Disliked: I was disappointed that I made my reservations before I took off and, on my way, over they sent a message that they are sorry and my reservation will not be available for the price I booked, I was flying and I did not get it until I got there, the receptionist gave me another room for few more dollars! There are few things missing for what called a 4-star hotel, if this Hotel was in the US, it would be a 3-star hotel at best, it lacks basic stuff like an elevator, but for Tijuana it is an OK place!

Liked: From the front desk, to housekeeping, everyone was very hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are very clean as well as the lobby is when I just come in the upstairs to my room. The front desk says hello and asked me how I am. The best location on Revolution.
Disliked: Low water pressure when showering and hard to reach my desired temperature. I overlooked that due to all the good things about the hotel and I get to walk out the door right into Caesar’s restaurant. Don’t get any better than that.
