Liked: I would like say huge thanks to Peter, Thomas, Cristian - you guys are fantastic . That's what im calling hospitality!
Disliked: Ayha night receptionist - cold and not welcoming people at all, never smile.

Good choice at Xmas

Liked: Location not far from attraction s. Bakery only a couple of doors away.Friendly staffWould stay there again.
Disliked: Toiletries provided were a bit of a joke as the shampoos shower gels in tiny little plastic bottles.

Very pleasant

Liked: Room was quiet and great having a bath. Fantastic range of food for breakfast which made for a great start to the day, I have not stayed in a hotel with such a range of options. Reception staff were very welcoming and other staff looked after us well.
Disliked: Bed could have been softer and it would be nice to have coffee available in room - we bought our own and milk.
