Liked: Comfort, clean and easy acces

Ideal centre for the exploration...

Liked: Clean, comfortable hotel close to all the sights and shops. Room, 502, appears to have been refurbished recently. Good bed and linen, spacious room, kettle and television in room. Large bathroom with good sized shower and bidet. Complimentary toiletries and good towels. All staff we encountered were very helpful. Excellent continental breakfast offering in the morning.
Disliked: The tea tray in room. Only two tea bags and no milk. Had to top up from the breakfast, which is supposedly not allowed as the sign says no food or drink to be taken away? Not a complaint but wish hotels would adopt the Arabic bottom cleansing hose, so much less waste than yards of paper.

Very enjoyable!

Liked: Lovely big room and.big bathroom. Two wardrobes!
Disliked: We could only turn one of the radiators down so room was hot. However, we left the windows open all night and then the room was comfortable. Could do with more signage at bottom of stairwell for Reception. The sign was round the corner and not visible from the bottom of the stairs.

Very comfortable stay, the hotel...

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable, and really big. I couldn’t get the tv working but I’m not very tech savvy so probably my fault! The reception staff and cleaners were very friendly
