Very good
Liked: Location was great, surrounded by green and certainly no traffic noise. Room plain but perfectly comfortable. Good restaurant for dinner and decent breakfast.
Disliked: Like many Italian hotels, tiled floors and staircases make it very noisy late at night or early mornings when other guests are moving about and who clearly don't give a damn.

Disliked: There were bed bugs in my room and while I was allowed to change rooms, I was refused a refund or discount (to pay for laundry for my bag) in the morning.

Lovely accommodations, delicious food, very loud music until late
Liked: Good breakfast, fantastic dinner, the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: There was music playing from the restaurant until 23:30. It was unbelievably loud, to the point that the windows were shaking. Im sure it was loads of fun for the people who were there. But if you are tired and want to sleep early, this place is not for you. In fairness, I dont know if this is an ongoing event or if it was a one-off. So if this matters to you, check with the hotel to see if there will be window-rattling music on the night(s) that you plan to be there. My stay was absolutely lovely, except for that.
