Liked: This hotel is located in a medieval castle, so it’s hard to compare it to regular hotels. If you’re looking for an authentic experience of living in a Grimm's German fortress, this is the place for you. The breakfast is fantastic and well-organised.
Disliked: The staff could be more friendly, but their no-smile attitude adds to the authentic vibe. Also double check when its restaurant closes. You are unlikely to find food in the village after it.

Liked: The location was so nice and beautiful. The room was comfortable for the family and the staffs were really nice and polite. we enjoyed one night stay in the castle and I can say it was a unique experience.
Disliked: It was a little difficult for us to find the exact location and the entrance road of the hotel using our car navy. and the road signs were not so helpful for people who are travelling there for the first time.
