Great place.
Liked: Excellent service. Great breakfast and great staff. Great location. Perfect for a solo traveler like me. I will definitely be coming back.

Hotel Burchianti made our stay...
Liked: Very near the train station, restaurants, shops, historic sites and much more! Marco and Niccolo were very helpful and responsive to all our needs and we had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were magnificent like in the picture, breakfast and coffee were amazing.

Beautiful little Florentine building in...
Liked: Fantastic location for accessing Florence on foot, friendly staff, great little room in a very pretty building.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard and the shower repairs to the grout made it look unappealing, however it worked fine. Wifi was very patchy.

A superlative experience.
Liked: Everything! The staff service was superlative...above and beyond expectations. They were discrete, welcoming, helpful with introduction to Florence and luggage issues, directions to train station and general information. Location is excellent. Breakfast was very adequate. Our room was very special and unique, and really enhanced our experience of Florence.
Disliked: Nothing. But a little help with directions would have been helpful. We could not find the hotel entrance, nor could another couple we found wandering on the same street on check-in day! Also want to mention that one of our beds in our Junior suite was not made up (no sheets or pillows), therefore we just shared the bedding from the other bed. Staff were not on site when we discovered this late at night.
