Liked: The location is good. Within walking distance to Marienplatz. Check in/our process is easy and fast. We have gotten a big room for 4 cos during booking, the price for Standard room and the big room is the same. The big room has a sofa bed so we did not extend it thus giving us a lot of space. The TV has casting function so we can cast our favourite show at night. Hotel also provides free bread and fruits in the morning at the reception area.
Disliked: There isn't any kettle , bedroom slippers and no bottle water. The warm water in the bathroom can run out sometimes so need to wait before the hot water comes back then take shower. TV in the room is small and hanging from the ceiling which is not very high so tends to knock on it sometimes.

Liked: Rooms were descent size. 2 rooms one room had fold out couch. Each person had their own individual doona.
Disliked: Bathroom very small only good for 2 people not 4 with all toiletries.

Liked: The location is very practical, close to the old town and the train station. Also, the stairs to the subway are in front of the hotel.The room layout is very well planned.

Liked: (+) The location is excellent. The price is good. Cleanliness is good. The beds are good. Toilet is separate. Light breakfast and coffee maker are very good.
Disliked: (-) In a four-bed room, where there are 14 light sources, everything is turned on by one switch. There is not a small table, no chair

Liked: Location is central but other than this nothing is good in this hotel.
Disliked: I find it hard to even call this a hotel room—it’s no bigger than a small bathroom, barely leaving enough space to crawl to the bed. The staff were unfriendly, and after around 10 pm, there was no one at the reception. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work either. Given that Munich has one of the best public transport systems, it’s far better to book a more comfortable hotel a little further from the central area for a much better stay. This was a complete waste of money and offered no value for the price I paid.
