Liked: It's been a few years since we last stayed but this would be our 4th stay I believe. It was nice to see the updated breakfast space with a lot more seating. Staff were friendly and front entrance is still lovely to walk into. We agreed to be placed near the elevators to maintain our King bed booking (they offered two queen beds elsewhere if we preferred). There was a loud group of ladies sitting in the second floor seating area until very late at night (past midnight) and progressively getting louder. We were moments away from calling front desk but heard staff intervene. I appreciated their awareness of the situation and rectifying it without my specific request. I appreciate that the toiletries are just large bottles instead of the mini versions.
Disliked: A few areas in the room could have used a little more cleaning, such as the headboard (where you could see fingerprints). Towel quality could be improved (there was a small hole in one of ours as they were clearly getting thin from constant use). There is lots of parking but it is always a bit unfortunate if you come late in the day and have a far walk to the front as there is only one entrance/exit.

Liked: The hotel has beautiful architecture but also felt modern and cozy. The rooms are very spacious and clean.
Disliked: One of the lamps beside the bed wasn't working. Had to adjust the clock in the room to reflect the proper time (was off by about 20 mins or so). However I didn't advise the staff of this at the time; if I had I'm sure they would have rectified it immediately (they had great customer service).
