Liked: It was very modern and the beds were extremely comfortable
Disliked: It was an expensive hotel considering we didn’t book breakfast as well. The bar staff were feckless, gave the impression they didn’t know what they were doing and it was annoying that the only TV (we wanted to watch the rugby whilst having a drink) was in an area that could be booked out for private events. Considering this we drank up and when else where. I didn’t dare think about the service in the morning had we booked breakfast!

Luxurious, but make sure they...

Liked: It’s a really lovely, luxurious place, an amazing shower, coffee machine. It really makes you feel special.
Disliked: On top of the quite expensive amount it costs to stay for just one night, on top of that we were asked to pay £50 holding deposit. No big deal right, you think you’ll get it back the day after? NOPE! It took me weeks of asking and calling, then eventually asking my bank account to charge the deposit back. It’s not on, it’s already an expensive time so an extra amount is not on. If it wasn’t for this situation I’d happily recommend because it’s a lovely place but the awful situation has put me off from booking again. :(
