Disliked: I upgraded to a room with a fireplace but it doesn’t work between June and October- that wasn’t specified anywhere

Wish we had more time...

Liked: Continental Breakfast was good and our kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Our room had a patio with a pretty vies of the garden
Disliked: The bed was not super comfortable and the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. Our son who slept on the fold away cot said it was comfortable and not too springy.
