Enjoyed exploring Paris by foot...

Liked: Excellent location and very friendly staff. The reception/ front desk is very helpful and always ready to assist. The Metro is within less than 5 minutes walk.
Disliked: The Classic Room Eiffel is very small but the bed is comfortable.

It was a good choice...

Liked: The hotel was very well located to get to most of the attractions that Paris has to offer either by foot or other transport. The staff were all charming and very helpful and spoke perfect English. There is a comfortable lounge to have a drink or just a coffee. The hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated in a British theme which made it feel welcoming.
Disliked: The room was small even by inner city hotel standards. The shower was very small and the temperature of the water very difficult to control. The breakfast was overpriced at 14 euros a head so we found a local boulangerie that was half that price.

Liked: The hotel is centrally located and has many bars, restaurants and cafes around it. as well as tourist interest points. We only spent one night before leaving France, so our impression is quite limited. The reception and lobby's design is warm and homely, and the room was also cosy, although quite small, with ample electrical and USB sockets, good lighting, and clean. It had everything we needed.
Disliked: The staff was courteous, however, the (very kind) night clerk at the front desk was unable to tell us if they had a twin room available or only a double, since it was his first day on the job :) Not very crucial but it would be good to train staff to know about such things. Also, there seems to be an issue with acoustic insulation between rooms... we were woken up in the middle of the night by other guests enetering their room and speaking loudly, and later - by the sound of snoring from the adjacent room.
