Liked: Location is great, and room overall pretty nice.
Disliked: I really could not open or close the super heavy curtains and i am a man! I arrived late for one night business stay and departed the room early next morning. As a result of not being able to close the curtains, the Sun woke me up the next day.

Liked: The hotel is very well located walking distance from the Old town. The hotel decoration is very luxurious, the bar is also very nice and the rooms very comfortable. Overall the staff is kind and helpful.

Liked: The staff was kind and sympathetic. The breakfast was large and great. I just felt in love with the fishes and the vegetables and the fruits and the polish dishes and especially the breads.
Disliked: The staff during the breakfast should be more active with the guests and ask the guest for any wish for drinka or special breakfast or eggs whatever. It annoyed me a bit to call to a waiter by myself in morning but at all you did a great job there and i definitely will come back.

Disliked: When I was reviewing my options in booking.com I used the filter for parking, and the hotel was there. When i can driving from Budapest I asked to park the car and the said they have no parking , it’s full. And it was not , there was signs for reserved on some slots and when I checked in I asked again they said they don’t reserve parking!
