Liked: Very clean newly renovated room, corner room with lots of daylight. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit small, the bathroom sink structure inconvenient. Desk also small. The keeping of a small refrigerator below the desk makes it very inconvenient to sit in front and work on a laptop on the desk.

Liked: OK for the price (considering it's Milan). Good location, within walking distance from the railway station, the metro, and main tourist attractions.

We specifically booked it because breakfast was advertised as included, yet upon check-in, we were told that our FIRST breakfast was not covered and that we had to pay 30 euros for three people if we wanted to eat the next morning.Things got even worse when another staff member later claimed that we had to pay 90 euros per day for three people—completely contradicting the first information we received. When we questioned this at reception, they suddenly changed the price again to 10 euros per day for three people. And just when we thought the issue was settled, the next day they claimed we had only paid for one day!This kind of inconsistency and deception is completely unacceptable. If breakfast is not truly included, it should NOT be advertised as such on booking platforms. It feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch to mislead guests.To make matters worse, we paid by card for our stay, yet the hotel demanded that we pay the tax in cash—which is both inconvenient and suspicious.This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and dishonest. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
