An okay hotel for a...
Liked: It's what you can expect from a conference hotel. It's okay, the staff is friendly and it's just off the motorway. Nice with a pool when you've been driving a long way!
Disliked: The interior is quite old and outdated, the bathrooms feel like they need an update.

Fine for a cheap late...
Liked: Swimming pool area was lovely and clean. The ambient temperature was warm which is lucky as the pool was very cold compared to most pools.
Disliked: Restaurant and bar were closed but weren’t told until we had checked in.not ideal on New Year’s Eve so no dinner for my young kids or myself. Rooms are very basic, not so much as a kettle.zero insulation between rooms so every door close and conversation could be heard. Cooked breakfast consisted of hard scrambled egg and hard bacon,no sausages, beans etc

Nice winter long weekend.
Liked: I really liked how family friendly this hotel was. Personnel is professional and kind. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is also great value for money. Overall we had a very good experience and will definitely come back.

Too basic!!
Liked: I would rate it a 2 star room, basic bed and bathroom. Breakfast was really poor.
Disliked: I had expected a bath tub and a regular nice breakfast, it was really not worth the money I paid.

This hotel might suffice for...
Liked: •Basic facilities: The hotel offers a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and daily room cleaning. While functional, these amenities are very basic and lack the quality or style you might anticipate.•Breakfast: The breakfast is adequate for a day or two, but the limited variety quickly becomes repetitive.•Parking: Convenient parking is available, and taxis make it easy to reach the city center.
Disliked: 1.Aged decor and facilities: The entire property feels outdated, with a lack of investment in maintenance or modernization.2.Inconsistent room amenities: Not all rooms have bathrobes or coffee/tea facilities, which should be standard in a 4-star hotel.3.Bare-bones bathrooms: Bathrooms come with a single dispenser for soap, shampoo, and shower gel—no additional toiletries or complimentary items like vanity kits or sanitary kits, which are small but important touches for hospitality.4.Location: There is absolutely nothing to do in the area surrounding the hotel, so don’t expect any nearby attractions or restaurants.5.Lack of extras: The hotel doesn’t offer the little touches—like complimentary toiletries, better room amenities, or thoughtful gestures—that would make a guest feel welcome.
