Excellent Stay!

Liked: Our stay was fantastic. We received a free upgrade on arrival, the spa and treatments were excellent and the room was clean, beautiful and had everything you needed. The balcony was fantastic. We were worried it would be noisy in the room but we couldn't hear a thing from outside. We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Some of the staff were hard to speak to, and came across quite rude and unwilling to help if you had questions at the front desk. The room service menu could do with some variety.

Liked: our room was a lovely size for Paris and made up every day perfectly. we loved the interior of the hotel (apart from the neon sign at the entrance - seem slightly off brand??) but the room interior was gorgeous and majority of the staff were lovely. we also loved the heated seats on the toilets!!
Disliked: Majority of the staff were lovely, especially the doormen! Although we had one lady on reception who did not suit being front of house at all. never greeted us, always waiting for us to greet her which I don't expect from a 5* hotel. I understand staff are busy but the doormen, maids were always polite and went out there way to say hello and never make anything a bother whereas we found her really cold and not appropriate to be on reception of a 5* hotel as didn't seem like a people person at all!
