Disliked: It’s the worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. Dirty glasses, which I waiting , and asking many times, no face kits during a week, and even after asking them told me that they didn’t have it, no sorry’s , no nothing , no alternatives, no normal room service, I called at the room services from my number , 4,5 or more times, and it’s never been answered. The registration stage was the worst, - they said u one day one information, in another day, - another information, with words “ I told it yesterday madam” but yesterday he told me just 100 % another information. Also, no help with ur stuffs, if u change the room number. Also, old towels. Last, but not least, when I changed one room to another one , I forgot one my thing, so, it was a big thing , that u can’t miss, but because of no normal help and information, I hurry when pack my stuffs, and forgot it. No one, told me about it, about finding my stuff which I forget, so I guess it’s like steal moment , because khm guys , I was at hotel up to 2 more days, after forgetting it , and no one return it , no one said about finding it. Magically it founds only after I asking while check out, ( them told , that they the to find it) , and found, after I wrote them about it one more time. And leave the country. 5 stars ?????? No , if u have beautiful only building , it’s not 5 stars. It must be service. This hotel is the worst 3 stars service , maximum
