Good

Liked: Basic but clean with everything you need, we stayed one night before a flight and they helped us book a taxi to the airport. It is inside a shopping mall but there is security on the door so feels very safe.

Comfortable bed, clean room.

Liked: Bed was comfortable and it was close to Centro Historico. Also the room was clean.
Disliked: Location of the reception and that there were no English speaking people at the hotel.

The distance to the center...

Liked: Walking distance to the zocalo.
Disliked: The room was not ready when we first showed up. No AC, a fan was in the room the second night.

Extremely dissapointed

Liked: The room was nice. The woman that checked me in was lovely.
Disliked: Entrance was difficult to find. I paid for my transfer to the airport through the hotel shuttle. I then had to pay again at my drop off location. The taxi rang the hotel and they said I had not paid. Completely taken advantage of. During my stay, a man entered my room without knocking. As a female solo traveller, this was very inappropriate and uncomfortable.
