Liked: It's a small hotel located around 8mins walk from the zocalo. Bed & pillows were comfortable and good hot water pressure in shower. The entrance at night is gated and there's a security personnel which we liked when we were waiting for our tour at 5am. Reception staff were always nice and helpful.
Disliked: However, we barely slept at all. It was extremely noisy at night, hearing everything on the street, from pedestrian lights, to people, to cars, everything. Also, we were charged double on the card and it took them a whole 8 days to refund me. The hair dryer in our room wasn't working, for which i called reception for another one. After 30mins no one showed up and i had to go down myself. Toilets and bed were clean, but the floor wasn't, with long black hair all over.
