Liked: Location was stunning. Hard to find, but that’s Seville! Room was excellent in cleanliness. You Can’t Smoke Anywhere at the hotel. Good tip to know if you are a smoker. But there is a beautiful Square outside you can smoke in

Great location.

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location within all the historic sights. Quite a busy location during the day with tourists but is quiet after midnight with the exception of the church bells which chime every 15 minutes. Very helpful, efficient staff. No restaurant on site but very nice breakfast in their sister hotel just down the passageway outside. Rooms were refurbished and clean with large comfy beds. The only negative was that they didn't replenish tea and coffee each day, nor wash the cups. On the whole, I would definitely recommend.

Amazing location, just don’t take...

Liked: The location in Santa Cruz old town is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the 3 main tourist activities in Seville: the Real Alcazar, the cathedral and La Giralda tower, along with many more. It also has a gorgeous terrace which gets a lot of sun from morning until sunset, no pool so no good when it gets hotter but perfect for us in February to enjoy the sunshine for a bit!All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our particular room 101 on the ground floor opposite reception had too many drawbacks which made our stay uncomfortable. You can hear anything happening at reception, anybody coughing when they started at 7am? We heard it. Cleaners unlocking the cupboard door next to our room going in and out? We heard it.The room smelt of sewage on a daily basis. The room was cold (I suppose only an issue in the colder months).There was a green emergency light which emitted so much light at night we could create shadows. Anybody without an eye mask good luck to you.I don’t think this room is good enough to reserve, however I because of the location and the rest of the hotel being great, I would hope a lot of these issues would be alleviated if we stayed in another room.

Disliked: Lack of clothes storage meant living out of suitcase on the floor.
