Cheap stay in Seville

Liked: The property was exceptionally clean. Check in was easy too. Staff were helpful
Disliked: I stayed in building across the road with my room facing out onto the road. Beware if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday and have that room as there is a nightclub across the little road. Thankfully I had earplugs and white noise but when I took them out people were stood right outside the windows chatting until 6:30am. Ask for a different room

Disliked: We are very dissatisfied with our stay at the hotel. The room looks worse than in the photos and is not cheap. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, making it impossible to have a work call. There were no plates or cups in the room, and the lighting was harsh, unpleasant office-style white light.However, the most unpleasant issue was something else: I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you are traveling with pets. We were with our small dog, and the Booking.com listing mentioned that additional charges MIGHT apply, but it didn’t specify for what (perhaps for large dogs) or in what amount. We only found out about the additional €18 per day charge (we paid €72 for four days) when we arrived. If I had known about this fee, I would have chosen another hotel, plain and simple.Additionally, on New Year’s Eve, December 31, the administration decided to request a €200 deposit for the pet, which came as a complete surprise. Had I known about this additional payment, I would certainly have chosen another hotel. In the end, we didn’t pay the deposit because there was simply no one at the reception to discuss the details, and I wasn’t about to send €200 to a random account.Moreover, they asked us to keep the pet in a carrier ALL THE TIME, even when we were in the room, which I find downright cruel. This hotel and its owners are not customer-oriented and are simply focused on making money. A soulless business at a mid-range price (we paid €165 per night).
