It was an amazing hotel...

Liked: The property was gorgeous, a great mix between authentic and modern. The location was close to everything and the staff was always accommodating and went above and beyond for us. Our room was always spotless and so was the whole property in general.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Wonderful stay in Puebla!

Liked: Loved the old colonial home and its history. Very nice breakfast and upstairs sitting lounge. The room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here on our next visit. Location was excellent and internet was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and they gave excellent advise on where to shop!
Disliked: All the rooms are upstairs and since the altitude is higher than we are use to climbing the stairs many times in a day was okay for me, however for older adults it could be challenging.
