Liked: The location was great, but the hotel staff was giving pretty much all their attention towards the new year dinner instead of the guests. The room was very clean, except for the jacuzzi. I have to clean it myself.
Disliked: The cleanness of the jacuzzi it wasn't the best. The reception and the staff's attention was with the New Year's dinner instead of guests, so that was very disappointing and a little bit frustrating. They have a coffee maker machine with no coffee or tea. The reception and check-in were unnecessary long because, again, the personal was totally taking in dinner reservations and phone calls to the NY's dinner, so I had to wait with nobody in line at the front desk. The overall experience was very disappointing, giving it the cost. I prefer "Las Mananitas"
