Superb

Adequate. No more. You pay...

Liked: There is little to no service at this hotel. You are just getting a room for the night. The bonus is the rooftop coffee room and free water on the floor. To get a bagel you need to go into the Met Life building which is up the block.

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. I liked the water refill stations and the laundry room was a bonus. The staff were very friendly.

Perfect location for this small...

Liked: Very professional and helpful staff, was able to use loading dock to park while I checked in (there is a parking a couple blocks away with discounted price for guests), filtered water in bottles (you fill ot up yourself) is FREE and amazing addition. Lovation is top, with metro 100m away and Times Square 15mn walk away. You will fee right in the heart of the city with this one.
Disliked: Small lobby (I didnt mind as I only had a 2 day stay)No bar/restaurant (but plenty around)No pool
