Liked: The location couldn't be better for downtown Boulder. The charm of the hotel was great, the lobby, the early 1900's building and detail, the bed and room were very nice.
Disliked: The location of my room was terrible. Backed to a parking lot and felt like I was in the dungeon. The North Wing needs something to make it more inviting. It's nothing like the main building.

Great place. Worth a stay.

Liked: Great staff. I have stayed at "older establishments" like this in the past and was not impressed. Think Boulderado did a great job of balancing "old and new" plus maintaining quality.
Disliked: Valet area is really small and was congested. Staff was very considerate and helpful to support us.

Perfect location for exploring downtown...

Disliked: Shower pressure wasn’t adjustable (too hard) and temperature sensitive (hard to adjust)

Liked: Excellent bed and linens. Clean and quiet. Good food and service in the restaurant.
Disliked: Cold bathroom floor. Just a bathmat, could have used an area rug there.The valet guys could have earned a tip by helping with my luggage....Small exercise room; no pool or hot tub.

Liked: Historic hotel on the downtown Boulder Mall, excellent location. I like the lobby, restaurants and coffee shop on site. Overall great place to stay.
Disliked: The room in the north addition was a couple stair sets and a short walk from the main part of the hotel, but was not a problem.
