Disliked: There was nobody at checkin thus was never able to check in. They took my money and have ZERO communication since. Avoid at all costs! Ended up booking a hotel somewhere else, but never got a refund.

Liked: Great location and lovely courtyard garden for relaxing in. We stayed for 3 nights in 3 different rooms and all were spotlessly clean.

Liked: The hotel is a minute or so away from the Vrijthof square (famous for the Andre Reiu concerts) and where there are many restaurants to chose from. Close too to the vast shopping centre. There is a lovely garden patio at the back where breakfast can be taken on good days
Disliked: It might have been nice to have a drink later in the day but the salon and dining area is closed in the evening. Breakfast was ok but pricy if all you can face in the morning is a coffee and a toast!

Liked: Beautiful place with a lovely court yard. It really has an Italian feel to it. It is quiet and the room was perfect.
