Lovely hotel in a beautiful...

Liked: Very charming boutique hotel. This was my second stay in Botticelli and I hope to come back soon.The hotel is furnished with character and has a lovely courtyard.Great location. Very close to Vrijthof Square; nice restaurants; historical sights and to the shopping area.My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Outstanding

Liked: An excellent little hotel right in the heart of Maastricht. Within walking distance of everything. Room was small but perfect for a couple of nights. Beautiful old breakfast room and lots of choice to enjoy.
Disliked: Cant think of anything really. Maybe some scramble eggs for breakfast. Also a toaster would be a great addition.Generally though it is a great place and will transport you back to a time when we used to get better service.

Liked: The boutique style and courtyard
Disliked: There was an issue with checking in after check in hours. I was delayed and in transit. And since I’m from Canada. I do not turn my phone on while in Europe. So the hotel was trying to call me but I don’t have my phone available. They could have also sent me an email to let me know about the after hour check in. Got to the hotel and we stopped a local on the street to call some number on the door buzzer.

Enjoyable

Liked: Clean, bright, unusual Italian theme, pretty garden for summer. Ideal for visiting Maastricht in centre.Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.
