Disliked: The floor in the wc was super dirty. We were staying one night, that's why didn't say anything Too warm in the room, opening window doesn't help

Liked: The room's location was good. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The room is too small and the bed is basically two single beds combined together and kept splitting away. Wasn't comfortable for a couple.

Liked: Check in went without issues, breakfast has lots of options, location is good and just outside the main road
Disliked: room is extremely small and is not kept up to date, door is scratched as well the bed mattress is too soft and uncomfortable, washroom is small, difficult for larger people to use.

Liked: Great little Hotel. Perfect location

Excellent location and staff

Liked: The location is great, right at the heart of Valkenburg with many Christmas markets around. The staff is very well behaved and explains everything well. The room is clean and facilities are present.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the junction between two single beds didn't help unforunately. A wardrobe could have been present.

Would stay again. Excellent location...

Disliked: Didn’t realize no elevator for suites. Would be fine if didn’t have a large suitcase.

Sleep, stay and enjoy

Liked: Stayed here before....What can I say. The perfect hotel to stay in Valkenburg. The Christmas parade goes past the hotel.
Disliked: The narrow staircase

Lovely Valkenburg

Liked: We enjoyed the location of the hotel, staff were lovely, and the hotel was very clean.
Disliked: No hook for coats.Although we had a basic room, would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. As we paid £80 per night, I don't think this is an unreasonable request.
