Perfect for our one night...

Liked: Very nice small hotel in the middle of Surbiton. Basic but very clean and well managed. Rooms very good and comfortable. Modern lay out. Tea and coffee available in room.

Liked: We booked an executive double, with veranda..The room was very small, almost claustrophobic. Coffee making facilities were on the lowest shelf, in the wardrobe. Bit tricky. Cannabis cloud as we walked into reception on Friday night..loud thumping noise from nightclub on Saturday night, even though we were on 3rd floor. Veranda looked like a pub car park, very tatty. Only saw reception staff when we booked in other than that, saw no one..beds were rock hard and pillows were as if they had been gone over with a steam roller..couldn't make some of the lights work. There was a radio in the room, with a broken plug.

Comfortable and good location.

Liked: The room had a decent coffee machine and water. It was a good size with all we needed and was comfortable. It was great for getting to London.
Disliked: It felt a little tired and could be updated to make it more 'boutique'. Whilst we knew we were above the bar, the music is incredibly loud at night.
