Amazing stay in a perfect...

Liked: Front desk team were very helpful & care about customers satisfaction. Location was exceptional.
Disliked: Poor Housekeeping Cleanliness, used cup of coffee was not removed during the whole stay. Shame to have this service as all other hotel services were top notch.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Poor...

Liked: Check in was very good. we arrived at 9AM and check in wasn't until 2PM. The staff was able to store our luggage so we could do some site seeing in the area while our room was being prepared. Location was very good. The morning breakfast also had many options that were very good.
Disliked: The beds were fair to terrible. We had 4 twin beds. 2 were configured as a king bed and they were somewhat comfortable. The third twin bed was very hard. The fourth twin bed was an old mattress positioned on top of a sofa! The mattress was not very supportive and I could feel the mattress springs when I reclined on the mattress. During the night I had to get up and push the mattress back onto the sofa because it would gradually slide off the sofa. There was a step up from the sofa room to the bedroom and there was a second step up from the bedroom to the bathroom. We found these easy to trip over and hazardous when we had to use the bathroom during sleeping hours. Also, there was poor privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was a frosted glass panel and there was a gap between the door jam and the glass that was at least an inch wide.

It could have been great…..

Liked: Spacious, clean, well appointed rooms overlooking the neighborhood bustle. Exactly what we’d searched for.
Disliked: Had 2 rooms 415 & 420- 420 was perfect. 415 heating/cooling did not work It was hot, muggy and miserable inside the room. reported to front desk 2x, was not fixed, no feedback. The 3rd time we reported a young man immediately tried the restart protocol (did not work), communicated with the technician, brought up a fan and apologized profusely. Unit was working the NEXT morning BUT 2 miserable nights. That was excellent customer service but previous employees failed. We should have moved to a different room after the 1st complaint and inability to fix with communication to the occupants.
